 What You’ll Do:

Shape and execute smart sales and marketing strategies that align with our goals.

Discover and develop new business opportunities – from partnerships to client acquisition.

Lead and inspire your sales & marketing team to work more efficiently and creatively.

Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities through detailed research.

Design and manage creative campaigns and promotional activities that highlight our projects and services.

Present insightful sales reports and performance updates to top management.

Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.

 What We’re Looking For:

Age: 25 to 35 years.

Up to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (especially in construction or real estate).

A solid record of meeting sales targets and helping businesses grow.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to create and nurture long-term client relationships.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.
